Group Acronyms Key

Company Members elect representatives from Integral’s Members to sit on our Board. Our Board is accountable to the Charity Commission and Companies House, oversees legal and financial governance and sets the strategic direction for the alliance.  

Our Company Members are the highest authority of the alliance and represent all the organisations which form Integral. Our annual Company Member meeting gathers all Members to elect the governing Board, vote on new member organisations, build engagement in the alliance and agree the budget.

Early Responders Working Group –
a working group of the IPG focused on Disaster Response in the first few weeks.

Integral Marketing Group -
formed of the Heads of Marketing or Comms (or their nominee) from each of Integral’s Members.

Integral Programming Group -
formed of the Heads of Programmes (or their nominee) from each of Integral’s Members.

Integral Quality Assurance Task Force -
a working group of the IPG providing due diligence on potential new Members to Alliance and ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
